    Laura Daws is the founder and current Executive Director of Windrose Employment Services, LLP. She has a background in education, serving as a high school English, theater, and public speaking teacher in California, Indiana, and Kentucky before making the transition into the world of Supported Employment. She was a Supported Employment Specialist at Brite Pointe, Inc in Louisville, in addition to serving as that agency's Medicaid Services Director, from 2016 until their closure in 2018. Laura founded Windrose in January of 2019 and is very excited about the expansion the agency is experiencing.

    Robin is one of our Supported Employment Professionals here at Windrose. She has a background in a range of Human Service fields. Robin is a Certified Recreational Therapist and is a Certified Activities Director. Robin spent over 13 combined years working with seniors with disabilities as a Life Enrichment, Activities, Program and Social Service Director. Robin at her core is an advocate who dedicates herself to the mission. She is compassionate, and full of inspiration. She is known for not only thinking outside of the box, but changing the box, one size does not fit all. No one is the same person as the next, she creates moments to get to know the person and finds the right fit job for the person, not just a job. She will be with you every step of the way.

    Holly originally joined the Windrose team in 2021 as a Virtual Assistant. A BFA student at Indiana University Southeast, Holly spent four years working at UPS, Louisville's largest employer. She returned to Windrose in May 2024 where she works directly with job seekers and transition students.
