At Windrose Employment Services, we do things a little differently. It's our differences that make us great!
All Windrose staff work remotely or in a hybrid environment. There is no central office space. This means that ESP's and Pre-ETP's need appropriate private home office space to conduct online meetings and reliable transportation to in-person meetings with clients. And it also means that you have a lot of flexibility in when, where, and how you meet with clients.
Our schedules are flexible and entirely under our own control, as are our caseload capacities. You can work full- or part-time, as you prefer for your lifestyle and your family's needs.
All of our positions are offered as 1099 Independent Contractor positions with VERY competitive compensation and the ability to expand or grow into other roles within our agency.
During 1-3 months of training (depending on experience), all contractors receive an hourly training rate of $17/hr for up to 40 hours each week. Following the training period, ESP's and Pre-ETP's earn commissions of 40-60% of the fees paid to us by OVR for the services provided, plus bonuses! (This means that first year ESP's can earn anywhere from $40k-$80k in their first twelve months at Windrose, before bonuses.)
Our unique business model allows us to offer fair (and even generous) compensation to motivated professionals.
